PRESS RELEASE - January 25, 2010

Orscheln employees are offering their help to raise funds for those who are suffering the unimaginable devastation in Haiti.  President of Orscheln Products, Bob Orscheln, comments, "A special campaign is underway to help the people of Haiti.  It is heartbreaking to see the devastation, loss of life, and serious injuries.  They did not have a lot to start with and now this!  So once again we have asked our employees to be generous as they have on so many occasions in the past.  We are truly blessed as a nation and a company, and as a result when bad things happen we should expect to be called on to help….and we always do!"

Orscheln Industries is challenging its employees to give at least 1-hour of pay to the Haiti relief efforts.  In addition, Orscheln Industries will match 100% of each and every contribution an employee makes under the "Give Your Time to Haiti" Campaign.  During this campaign Orscheln will hold a company-wide "Hour of Awareness" on Tuesday, January 26th from 1-2pm (the second-week anniversary of the Haiti earthquake).  At this time all Orscheln employees will be asked to be mindful of the difference his or her donation could make in the lives of those who have lost and suffered so much.  Just 1-hour of pay may give hope to the hopeless.

Orscheln employees and the Orscheln Family have a long tradition of giving to those in need.  All funds raised during this campaign will be donated to the American Red Cross - Haiti Relief Fund.
