Position: District Manager – Western Region

Summary:

Manages the Operational function from facilities to financials for the Orscheln Farm & Home stores in assigned area. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all levels of store employment. Responsible for achieving budgeted KPI's with in all stores in the district. Position: Inventory Coordinator
Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Inventory Department in Product Distribution throughout the Farm and Home chain. Interacts with Store personnel, Re-buyers, Product Management, Distribution Center, Accounting and Orscheln Farm & Home suppliers. Reports to the Inventory Planning Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Position: Internal Logistics Specialist - Second Shift (Sun - Weds, 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.)

Individual will manage items from Receiving, Storage, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Includes management of all Locations, Areas, Item Families, Labels and Footprints. Position reports to the Internal Logistics Mgr/Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Position: Sr. Quality Engineer
Summary:

Plans and directs activities concerned with the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials, and products. Assists quality personnel with daily quality requirements for production and provide support to other departments as required on quality issues.

Preferred Educational Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Work Experience:

Minimum of eight (8) years experience in quality and manufacturing. Auditing experience preferred.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and implement methods and standards of inspection, testing, and evaluation to meet customer requirements during the APQP process

Position: Manufacturing Electrical Engineer
Summary:

The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will assist our Manufacturing team to support the design and development of electronics control and monitoring circuitry for powered equipment applications. Overview:

Work as a test technician as part of QuEST Rail's Electronic Card Assembly and Test (ECAT) team, which is responsible for manufacturing electronic circuit boards and assemblies, such as digital voice radios. We need a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Required Duties:

Summary:

Has the authority to allocate management support and direction for manufacturing engineering, all manufacturing, maintenance, and warehouse activities. Leads and plans utilizing Lean Manufacturing to establish goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes. Deploys Lean manufacturing methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives. Preferred Educational Experience: BS or MBA in Engineering or Engineering Management preferred but not required.

Preferred Work Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years manufacturing management experience which demonstrates supervisory skills, analytical skills, and understanding of process flow.
