Position: Quality Analyst
Summary:

Develop and implement quality programs that are designed to achieve zero defective components in manufacturing. Provide additional quality support services for the facility as required to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Educational Experience:

High school diploma, ASQ certification or equivalent job experience preferred.

Work Experience:

Two (2) years of manufacturing experience preferred. Computer literacy and good typing skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software preferred.

Essential Functions:
  • Inspects parts, products and/or processes to ensure conformance with standards by utilizing fixed or variable measuring instruments.
  • Process Customer Returns which include failure mode analysis and preparation of corrective action plans. Maintain a follow-up system that ensures implementation of corrective action.
  • Prepares monthly reports on internal defects, scrap, out-going PPM, number of customer returns, reason for customer return, responsible department, and others as necessary.
  • Completes sample submissions for customers.
  • Performs gauge R&R studies.
  • Conducts/analyzes statistical process capability and control studies.
  • Develop and implement methods and standards for inspection, testing, and evaluation to meet customer requirements.
  • Floor inspection and process audits as required.
  • May train and/or assign and check work of other inspectors.
  • Initiate deviations, and maintain a follow-up system to ensure corrective actions are implemented, and verification of corrective action is performed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Position: Maintenance Electrician - 2nd Shift
Summary:

Work under minimal supervision to perform routine duties safely and as assigned to maintain equipment and the facility. Duties include all, but not limited to, those listed below. Assist other maintenance personnel as required. Follow all shop and safety rules.

Educational Experience:

High School degree or equivalent preferred and minimum of 6 years maintenance electrical experience or a minimum of 10 years of related maintenance electrical experience.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 6 years related maintenance experience required or a degree from a electrical or electronics school.

Position: Quality Manager
Summary:

Determines and has authority for enforcement of Orscheln Products quality policies, procedures, objectives, and goals along with responsibility for management of Quality Assurance department.

Educational Experience:

Engineering degree, ASQ certification, or equivalent job experience preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum of eight (8) years experience in quality and manufacturing.

Essential Functions:
  • Direct and maintain a system that utilizes the principles of Total Quality Management/ISO/QS.
  • Coordinates and manages the activities of the Quality department Missouri based operations.
  • Maintains the Quality Engineering Group that is responsible for supplier development and maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for adhering to and/or enforcing all Orscheln Products operating policies and practices associated within department. Is required to assist global operations with achieving a One World One Quality approach to doing business as guided by a Director or COO.
  • Administers a continuing program of review and analysis to audit the quality system.
  • Maintains an effective material review, disposition, and corrective action program.
  • Provides technical guidance and works in close liaison with sales, purchasing and engineering departments on all group projects.
  • Maintains and reacts to performance indicators determined by management team.
  • Maintains a system to ensure that production process and inspections are conducted based upon customer and Orscheln specifications.
  • Management Representative of the Quality operating system.
  • Fiscal responsibility for the Quality department.

Summary:

Seeking dedicated and experienced payroll professional to supervise payroll processing at the corporate office

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise biweekly and monthly payroll processing
  • Stay informed on payroll tax law changes

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Prior assembly experience preferred but not required.

Position: Product Engineer
Summary:

Perform a variety of engineering work in design, development, product/program launches, and troubleshooting of all Orscheln products to meet customer and company expectations which include both external and internal customers.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team leader that has previous design or product engineering experience including research, blueprints, product structures, material specifications, reports, testing analysis, organization, decision making and communication skills. CAD experience desired (UG/NX preferred). Ability to Travel (domestic and international) also expected.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, quote and release into production assigned Aircraft and Military related projects.
  • Evaluate compliance of Orscheln manufacturing standards, drawings, specifications and products with customer specifications, drawings and other expectations.
  • General Design Engineering work including but not limited to:
    • Write and present engineering analysis reports to customers:
    • Load/Stress analysis
    • System Safety Analysis (MTBF, Maintainability, FMECA)
    • Weight Analysis
    • QPP, QTP, QTR (Qualification Program Plan, Qualification Test Procedure, Qualification Test Report)
    • PDR and CDR presentation to customers (Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review)
    • Writing substantiation reports and filing for FAA PMA
  • General Product Engineering work including, but not limited to:
    • Team Leader and project Manager (writing and update of project management schedules)
    • Product Costing and coordinate prototype and production quotes for all tooling, equipment, and materials.
    • Coordinate Team meetings (CFT's) and manage Open Issues associated with the project meetings.
    • Manage all aspects of Product/Program Launches from Prototype to Production, Including all aspects related to APQP steps of production sample submission.
    • Coordinate the release of prototype and production tools, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
    • Filing minor and major change submittal with FAA on PMA product line.
  • Complete all types of Customer requests as assigned, including travel.
  • Perform all other tasks and "special assignments" as assigned.
