Position: Export Compliance Coordinator Assistant
Summary:

Assist with government regulations compliance for all shipments, documenting procedures, and maintaining records. Assist in maintaining effective export compliance programs under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Responsible for documenting procedures and maintaining records for all export shipments.

Preferred Educational Experience:

High School diploma Required. Two (2) years college or a minimum of three (3) years work experience in related field preferred.

Preferred Work Experience:

Experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience related to FTA, exports, or government requirements preferred.

Essential Functions:
  • Develop and maintain precise “How To’s” folder for Compliance Manual.
  • Develop and maintain files on product classification, justification, and develop classification for those items that have none
  • Maintain Item Master of all Export items with classification
  • Input classification data within IFS
  • Attend on-going training to assure the company stays current with updated statutes
  • Attend daily CS Job Review for control classification
  • Organize and Maintain Customer FTA requests, submittals, and classifications in IFS system and handle any issues that arise accordingly for all domestic Orscheln facilities

Summary:

Associates or two year technical degree or equivalent experience.

Position: Inventory Planning Administrator
Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the Inventory Coordinators and Operations of the Inventory Help Desk including managing workload, employee evaluations and scheduling.
  • Preparing and monitoring Overdue Purchase Orders along with distributing to Inventory Coordinators.
  • Assisting Re-Buyers with purchasing as needed.
  • Assisting Re-Buyers in any various tasks as needed.

Position: Staff Accountant - Construction
Summary:

Orscheln Property Management LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Accountant with the primary duties of maintaining billings, job cost accounting, and tracking lien waiver submissions for projects. The Construction Accountant’s job is to track all accounting aspects of a project, from job contract to finish. The position reports to the Director of Design and Construction.

Preferred Educational Experience:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent accounting experience.

Preferred Work Experience:

Direct construction cost experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Experience with Job Cost systems or ability to learn quickly.

Essential Functions:
  • Establish file location folders for all job contracts and maintain current contracts, change orders, and invoice copies in those files.
  • Enter all project estimates and budgets into the job-cost system by cost code and amount.
  • Review all job pay applications and invoices for accuracy then enter those invoice charges by cost code into the job cost system.
  • Review all lien waivers required by Orscheln pay procedures and assure the contractor has provided all necessary waivers in order to receive the next progress payment.
  • Track internal hours of design work and project management and other expenses for each project in spreadsheet form, which will later be applied to the overall job cost.
  • Coordinate with the accounts payable department to make sure all costs are considered in evaluating a project.
  • Track all costs associated with a property and project, both within job cost and outside of job cost, to assure all costs are considered when completing a project and the property is marketed for sale.
  • Communicate directly with contractors and subcontractors concerning invoice or lien waiver issues.
  • Assist the Project Managers with office materials or questions when needed.
  • Assist the Director of Design and Construction as needed in other tasks.

Position: Merchandising and E-Commerce Coordinator
Summary:

Work with the Merchandising and Store Operations teams to process all special orders throughout the company. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the setup of all new drop ship and e-commerce vendors, and will assist with setup of new sku numbers. This position will support all merchant teams and stores within the scope of special orders and e-commerce.

Responsibilities:
  • Works with stores to ensure all costing and suggested retail prices are within our given margin requirements for all special order purchase orders.
  • Responsible for finding the best cost under established guidelines and providers for special order products.
  • Assist stores in obtaining pricing and item information in a timely manner.
  • Works collaboratively with the merchandising team to assist stores with their special order needs and fulfillment.
  • Works with stores to ensure all special orders are shipped in a timely and accurate manner; follow up with both the store and the vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing and delivery.
  • Secures vendor agreements for all new e-commerce vendors; works as a liaison throughout the setup process with the Legal Department.
  • Responsible for drop ship setup from new e-commerce vendors.
  • Creates new sku numbers and items for on-line/drop ship vendors; responsible to ensure purchase orders are completed.
  • Monitor and share new e-commerce business opportunities.

Position: Supply Chain Manager
Summary:

Direct, manage, and coordinate logistics, warehouse, customer service, and purchasing activities.

Preferred Educational Experience:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred.

Minimum of seven (7) years’ work experience in Material Requirements Planning and/or Inventory Control and Distribution experience preferred. Must possess demonstrated leadership capability.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for overseeing safety of all employees, equipment and facilities.
  • Responsible for overseeing inventory, management process, definition of departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, elimination of obsolete and out of spec material, and reduction of aging material.
  • Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw material from suppliers, to support manufacturing, customers’ demands, and to minimize cost impact to the company.
  • Manage transportation system for both domestic and foreign freight to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are met.
