Position: Inventory Coordinator
Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Inventory Department in Product Distribution throughout the Farm and Home chain. Interacts with Store personnel, Re-buyers, Product Management, Distribution Center, Accounting and Orscheln Farm & Home suppliers. Reports to the Inventory Planning Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Answers the Farm & Home Inventory Help Line and reviews e-mail
  • Creates re-writes for the Distribution Center and stores as directed
  • Assists the Inventory Re-buyers with direct ship purchase orders
  • Assists the Re-buyers with product movement from the Distribution Center
  • Contacts Farm & Home suppliers for ship dates and follow-up of purchase orders
  • Assists with creation/maintenance of reports as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Position: Internal Logistics Specialist - Second Shift (Sun - Weds, 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.)

Individual will manage items from Receiving, Storage, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Includes management of all Locations, Areas, Item Families, Labels and Footprints. Position reports to the Internal Logistics Mgr/Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Approve inbound loads to be received.
  • Manage footprints (item dimensions and pack quantities). Add footprints for new items and make any changes to existing items.
  • Take care of any problem resolution issues (volume or dimensions).
  • Manage Items, Item Family changes and Dimensions.
  • Keep labels stocked and printed for both Inbound and Outbound.
  • Re-slotting of product for optimal storage and picking. Dedication of new items to locations for best picking strategies.
  • Manage spreadsheets to update pick and replenishment quantities.
  • All duties associated with allocation and release of all products shipped (E-comm, Return Goods, Yard and Standard Product).
  • Manage Area Release Rules for picking and replenishment, along with the Allocation Search Path.
  • Manage Cubes for optimal pallet picking.
  • Help with duties associated with the physical inventory.
  • Any special projects or duties assigned.

Position: Manufacturing Electrical Engineer
Summary:

The Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will assist our Manufacturing team to support the design and development of electronics control and monitoring circuitry for powered equipment applications. The successful candidate will possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to interface with diverse individuals and groups, and strong planning and organizational abilities.

Educational Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Computer Engineering

Work Experience:

Applicable work experience will also be considered. 2-5 years of related engineering experience in design and manufacture of electronic assemblies. Experience in electronics simulation, automobile or commercial vehicle industry would be beneficial.

Essential Functions:
  • Support the development of prototype and production tools, fixtures, gauges, and equipment
  • Support activities related to APQP steps appropriate to insure development of reliable products and created
  • Execute typical administrative procedures (stock requisitions, tool sheets, expense reports)
  • Perform all other tasks and special assignments as assigned
  • Develop hardware/software to download programs to circuit boards
  • Develop design concepts for test units to test various electronic control mechanisms
  • Develop test programs using National Instruments Lab View to test various electronic control mechanisms
  • Work with New Product Development to develop new electronic mechanisms
  • Troubleshoot issues on shop floor related to electronic programming and tester units
  • Develop electronic controls to error proof various assembly processes
  • Develop PLC programs for manufacturing equipment and processes
